The first tournament was held in Uruguay where Uruguay and Argentina qualified for the finals...
The Football Museum displays two footballs, the one on the left being the one brought by Argentina for the final.
The ball was used for the first part of the match.
On the right is the ball brought by the Uruguayan team and used for the second half of the match.
Before the break, Argentina led the game 2-1, but after the break, the Uruguayan team played well with their own ball.
In the end, the match was won 4-2 and the first football world cup was won.
